Review

XNview is a program for viewing and converting your graphics files. It supports 49 file formats (PNG, Jpeg, Targa, Alias, Softimage, Gif, Unix bitmap, windows and more).It offers the possiblity to apply filters (blur, average, emboss...) and effects (lens, waves, ...).

I like Xnview v1.94.2 en ! Reason: Capture Tool fast makes snapshot smaller
than MSPaint. For example: Capture1.jpg 105138 bytes, nofsm.jpg 5292054 bytes !
I prefer to attach small Capture1.jpg while e-mailing, than huge nofsm.jpg !

And it's free, open source.
